NPC is located in the lower level of Edwards Church in downtown Northampton, at the corner of State and Main Streets. We are wheelchair accessible. Please use public parking (do not park in the church lot) and enter through the back entrance on State Street.

Northampton Parents Center is a nonprofit cooperative drop-in center for children, birth to kindergarten age, and their caregivers. Since 1986, Northampton Parents Center (NPC) has provided a safe, nurturing environment for families with young children to socialize. Free daily drop-in playgroups are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 11:30 am. More information here.

Since 1986, the mission of Northampton Parents Center has been to provide a safe and friendly space for young children and their caregivers to meet and play; to find support and resources; and to create connections and friendships.
All donations to NPC are tax deductible. We are 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We welcome your donations.
For the last several years, 80% of our funding has come from individual, family, and business donations from folks like you!
Our program also receives funding from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and care through a grant administered by Northampton Public Schools
