Annual Preschool & Resource Fair – Thursday, January 23

From 9:30 am – 11:00 am, representatives from Northampton and Hadley area preschools, and other organizations that serve familes with young children, will be available during NPC’s regular playgroup time to answer questions and give information.

NPC will run our regular playgroup from 9:30 am – 11:30 am (Infant Group at 8:30 am!), but there is NO Music Thursday. Please note snow date is January 30.

Northampton Parents Center

Northampton Parents Center is a nonprofit cooperative drop-in center for children, birth to kindergarten age, and their caregivers. Since 1986, Northampton Parents Center (NPC) has provided a safe, nurturing environment for families with young children to socialize. Free daily drop-in playgroups are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 am to 11:30 am. More information here.

The Parents Center is located in the lower level of Edwards Church at the corner of State and Main Streets in downtown Northampton.

Mission Statement

Since 1986, the mission of Northampton Parents Center has been to provide a safe and friendly space for young children and their caregivers to meet and play; to find support and resources; and to create connections and friendships.

All donations to NPC are tax deductible. We are 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We welcome your donations.

For the last several years, 80% of our funding has come from individual, family, and business donations from folks like you!
